Peer Based Recovery Support
Description of service/program:
All of Hope Recovery Community locations are staffed with certified Peer Recovery Specialists who can provide support for community members during operating hours.
Peer Link:
HRC operates a 24hr support line which links individuals to inpatient/outpatient services, community recovery meetings, recovery housing and provides support for individuals waiting for services to begin. https://www.hoperecoverycommunity.org/peerlink
Family Peer Support:
Trained family peer supporters are on call to support loved ones impacted by addiction. https://www.hoperecoverycommunity.org/peerlink
Jail Peer Support:
Hope Recovery Community sends certified recovery peer supporters into Medina County Jail 5 days a week, offering support for those justice involved and impacted by substance use disorders.
Recovery Housing:
Hope Recovery Housing has partnered with Cathy’s House Inc to provide peer support staff for the men’s recovery housing program. https://www.hoperecoverycommunity.org/peerlink
Job & Family Services:
Through the OhioSTART program, Hope Recovery Community has a certified recovery family peer mentor housed at Medina JFS offering hope and support to those in the child welfare system that are impacted by substance use disorders.
