Description of service/program:
Free, evidence-based home visiting program offered throughout the state of Ohio that provides education and resources on infant growth, development, and parenting skills. Topics commonly include, but are not limited to:
Healthy pregnancies
Baby and child health
Breastfeeding
Nutrition
Immunizations
Child growth and development
Discipline
Toilet training
Child safety
Household safety
Local resources
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
Catholic Charities offers at-home support for pregnant women, new parents, and caregivers who reside within the eight counties that make up the Diocese of Cleveland.
