Description of service/program:
Financial assistance may be available to those who qualify. An appointment is necessary.
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
Appointments available on Monday & Thursday from 6:00pm-7:30pm
Photo ID and copy of bill/lease (financial need) are required
Available once every six months
