Description of service/program:
Substance Use Disorder Counseling:
Provides a variety of substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery services based on an individual’s strengths, skills, and supports. Services provided include assessment, individual and family counseling, case management, and peer recovery support.
Substance Use Disorder Peer Recovery Coach:
Provides peers support for individuals contending with substance use disorders.
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
