Aging and Disabilities Resources Center (ADRC)
Description of service/program:
ADRC’s focus is to empower seniors and people with disabilities (age 18 and up) with information, financial benefits and long-term care options that help them to age in place and be as independent as possible. These supports allow seniors and people with disabilities to have choices in making decisions.
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
Medina County residents age 60 or older and individuals with a disability (ages 18+).
