Child Care Assistance
Description of service/program:
Having trouble finding safe, affordable child care? If you are a parent or caretaker who is working, in school, or participating in an OWF work activity, you may qualify for subsidized child care for children under the age of 13. The care can be provided in licensed homes and/or child care centers.
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
Caregiver must be a resident of Medina County and must be one of the following:
Employed; enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor’s degree); or receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure.
- For initial application, income must be at or below 200% of current Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
