Emergency Financial Assistance
Description of service/program:
Provides assistance with rent payments, utility (electric, water, and gas) payments, and food assistance (gift cards).
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
Serves Wadsworth or Wadsworth Township residents
Photo ID and Proof of Residency are required.
If requesting rent or utility assistance, bring a CURRENT lease or CURRENT utility bill as proof of residency. Landlord approval and contact information is also required, bring their contact information with you to expedite your request.
