MCFlex – Microtransit Service
Description of service/program:
MCFlex is a micro-transit service that operates similarly to ride hailing applications like Uber and Lyft. MCFlex is a shared-ride service, meaning as riders are transported to their destination, other passengers may be picked up or dropped off on the way.
MCPT is now offering MCFlex Service in Wadsworth, Medina City and soon Brunswick that operate Monday thru Friday.
Bus fares for the MCFlex are as follows: one-way fares, $1.50; elderly & disabled, .75¢; all-day pass, $4. You may also inquire about purchasing our Monthly MCFlex Pass.
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
MCFlex Trips can be booked up to two hours prior, but preferably the day before. If possible, passengers are encouraged to call up to (7) days in advance to schedule their trips.
