• COVID-19 Testing (Call to schedule a test)
• Physicals (School, Work, Sports)
• Chronic Disease Management (Medication Management, Coordination of care with specialist, Education and Support, Examples: Diabetes, Asthma, etc.)
• Well-Child Checks (Developmental Screenings, Immunizations, Weight Checks)
• Other Services (Opioid treatment (Vivitrol), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Case Management)
