WIOA Programs – After School Programs
Description of service/program:
An after-school work readiness program designed to assist high school students through graduation and during their transition from school to work. Prepares and motivates students to acquire life survival skills and to develop a sense of self-worth. Follows up with 12 months of career counseling to ensure job retention and a successful transition into the workforce.
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
Serves youth and young adults ages 16 to 24 in Medina County with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
