Women’s Wellness
Description of service/program:
Addresses specific women’s health issues. Annual pap testing, mammograms, pelvic examinations and heart health are just a few areas where we focus our attention. With these services, women can monitor current wellness issues while preventing major health concerns in the future.
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
To be eligible, patients must:
• Be age 18 and older (except for Youth Physicals)
• Live or work in Medina County
• Be within 250% of federal poverty guidelines (see Do I Qualify guidelines)
