Early Intervention Service Coordination
Description of service/program:
As part of the Early Intervention (EI) team, in collaboration with Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Catholic Charities Service Coordinators act as a single point of contact in assisting parents with accessing EI service and supports in Medina County.
