Emergency assistance and support
Description of service/program:
Provides support and emergency assistance in the form of clothing, infant formula, food, diapers, car seats, cribs and other baby equipment.
Service limitations (income, geographic, hours, etc):
You must live in Medina County
You must be without the financial resources to purchase basic needs for your infant or toddler.
You must be able to provide current photo ID at each visit
You do not need to make an appointment
Come during open office hours:
In Medina: Monday/Tuesday evening 6:30-8:30pm, Thursday noon – 2 pm. and Saturday from 10am – noon
In Lodi: 10am – noon, 4th Tuesday of each month
Limit your visits to once a month
